Annelinn is a district of Tartu, which is located in the eastern part of the city and is known for its prefabricated houses. Built mainly in the 1970s and 1980s, Annelinn is one of Tartu’s largest residential areas. There are several schools, kindergartens and shops in the area. In recent years, the area has been actively renovated and improved.
