Kavastu Manor

Kavastu Manor, located on the left bank of the Emajõgi River in its lower course, was first mentioned in 1544. The manor center was developed into a representative ensemble in the final decades of the 19th century. In the 1890s, a large two-story Neo-Baroque main building was completed there, which was one of the most grand buildings in the surrounding area.
